Greek God(dess) Dessert

Creamy Greek yoghurt, fried sticky medjool dates, cinnamon caramelised banana, topped with sea salt flakes and extra virgin olive oil.

Whether it’s dessert, breakfast or an afternoon sweet treat, this is a simple, nutritious and luxurious dish made for gods!

Recipe:
200g Greek yoghurt
Half of or one small banana
3-5 medjool dates
Flakey sea salt
Ground cinnamon
Extra virgin olive oil (TRIA)

Method:
1. Scoop Greek yoghurt into bowl
2. Slice banana into coins
3. Remove stone from dates and pull apart into strips
4. Drizzle olive oil into a frying pan
5. Fry off banana and dates on a low and gentle heat until slightly caramelised
6. Sprinkle cinnamon into pan and stir gently
7. Turn off heat and top pan contents onto yoghurt
8. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt and finish with a luxurious drizzling of extra virgin olive oil
