Single origin A note on this harvest... Our current harvest has a best-before date of November 2026. This is a best-before date, rather than a use-by date, and indicates when the oil is expected to be at its peak quality. TRIA is packed in tightly sealed, opaque cans, helping to protect our olive oil from light and air — two of the biggest factors that can affect freshness and flavour. We’ve continued to taste and enjoy this harvest ourselves, and it remains fresh, vibrant and full of the bold, peppery flavour we love.

Fabulous olive oil, I haven't used anything else since discovering it. I always take a can as a gift, instead of a bottle of wine, and it's always greatly appreciated (and much healthier!). Packaging and delivery excellent too. Would throughly Recommend to EVVO lovers.
