Gooey Olive Oil Choc Chip Cookies

Olive oil chocolate chip cookies. Soft, golden, and completely irresistible!

These golden bites are made with our TRIA extra virgin olive oil instead of butter, giving them a subtle peppery depth and that melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Ingredients:
1 egg
100g of olive oil 
150g of sugar 
200g of flour 
3/4 of salt
1/2 baking soda 


Method:

1. Combine the sugar, flour, salt and baking soda and mix together in a bowl 
2. Crack the egg and olive oil in a separate bowl (you can also add a tsp of vanilla paste to the mix if desired) and mix 
3. Combine with the flour mixture 
4. Add in chocolate chip cookies and fudge (or anything you want) 
5. Scoop segments of the mixture and create little cookie sized shapes 
6. Bake at 180C for around 9 minutes and enjoy!
