Baked Lemon & Chilli Sea Bream

Fresh sea bream, laced with lots of lemon, chilli and golden EVOO - perfect for your next summer dinner al fresco!

Ingredients:
- Sea bream fillets
- Lemon
- Chilli Flakes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Veg of choice to serve (we used courgette and broccoli)

Method:
- Place fish on baking paper on a tray
- Squeeze lemon, sprinkle chilli and salt over the fish
- Top with a few slices of lemon
- Cover with the baking paper and place in the oven until cooked through
- Plate up with veg of choice and finish the fish with extra EVOO and lemon
